Prayer

I wonder is it also authentic if you are in complete awareness of what you are 
doing ?

Is this moment real and breathed  in from the spirit as you deeper ur heart and 
know this moment is as real to as the last one....

It is just to not cling and grab at the better ones and let thy will be 
done.......

Oh lord
my day has its beginning and end because of you, it knows only if I am filled 
with you, in you, guide me, light me, show me the way......
