 REFLECTIONS ON SPIRITUAL ISSUES

Last night, I was watching World on Fire, a favorite group of DVD of mine where Fathor Baron
shares the Story of Catholicism, Being on call, the perfect series to watch to stay in my heart
of religion, prayer and love.

Profoundly last night, when Father Baron was speaking on the Euchurist, and sharing the
theology of drinking the blood of christ through the wine and eating the body of christ
through the bread, i felt EXTEREMELY MOVED. He spoke for about 30 minutes about how
god transforms things differently then the mind here on earth can understand. Look at the way he questioned
Job  in Hymn to Yeewah, Do you know where the lines of the foundation are layed. This same way
my heart was able to receive, here in the church of your heart, we call upon christ and he open our mouths
to the bread of life, to the body of christ, and a tear came to my eye as profound and beautiful this is
and i think that my pastoral formation should include the same feeling the minister feels when he
beings mass and says, peace be with you, and we say back, and also with your spirit, because
we are speaking to the christlike person the minister is becoming preforming the mass. I pray to
drink the blood of chtrist and eat the body of christ and be that christ like minister as i minister to those
in the hospital he puts infront of me. May i receive such a blessing to be only used.
