Prose in grief work

And I am asked do u hold those who passed with you ?


Your asking arises a curiosity if u already feel ur partner within you....and 
how does that feel ? Or are u looking for signs?

If it is  is just the sun rising, or does suffering and grief bring us closer to 
what's in that sunrise...  from where are u  seeing it  ?
Sometimes I ask myself Am I seeing just the function of it, or does the beauty 
touch me and what within me does it touch, something that has been touched 
already, something more....can I breathe into the unknowing and expand to 
include more, do I deepen so that the light within me expands somehow the depth 
of grief and love and honoring what was to what is ?

Know I am here exploring too, and yes, I feel visitied by some of the spirits of 
those I work with, those who have passed, those who I have connected to the 
human spirit and feel a third something illuminate  in the sharing.....sometimes 
in deep forgiveness when I forgive myself for not being able to be enough and 
accept what life has dealt me, I feel closer to the unknowing and the message of 
duerteromony
