I lean over my sneakers and I feel the effects of acupuncture, moving energy 
anew, I feel the 10 linnes horse wraps, soaked in the essensial oils to absorb 
and pull out of the skin, and the cold morning breathe, I feel about 30 years 
old today .....and yet at 30 I wasn't so settled inside as I am now, how I can 
look at timelessness as the day on the bike in the desert....and its so 
beautiful, its so full of grace that it keeps my eyes soft and almost at tear 
drop to feel so into the godness and love of god in this world.....
