I pray to rise above all the doing, to be present- sufficient for today are it's own troubles (matthrew) can my worry today for tommorow change tommorow. I give tommorow to (thy will) and allow for the beauty, the gift of today, my health, my heart and my christ, I receive you, come to my assistance, your humble servant awaits.... in Christ's name I pray
I approach my prayer in grateful. I draw emotion into jesus prescense and I pray to be open, a vessel to be entered to speak only gods works, Christ's love,...a heart open to this morning, to the world, to the dew on the fresh yellow mums leaves- to who I am today, how I can comfort and rest in the peace of the love I shared....

Psalm 37- phill 4- jesus calling
Trust me enough to let things happen without striving to predict or control them. relax and rest in my light-my love-lite never dims, yet you are often unaware of my radiant prescense.when u project yourself into the future reshearing what u might say or do u are seeking to be self-sufficient to be adequate without my help-
The alternative is to live fully in the present-

I wonder if PB isn't speaking about death here in this poem as a sort of similie to the gospel "heaven on earth" or life not being lived as a sort of death of living without the silence of life where all come together as one
By Pablo Neruda
(1904 - 1973)
English version by Alastair Reid
Now we will count to twelve
and we will all keep still.
For once on the face of the earth
let's not speak in any language,
let's stop for one second,
and not move our arms so much.
It would be an exotic moment
without rush, without engines,
we would all be together
in a sudden strangeness.
Fishermen in the cold sea
would not harm whales
and the man gathering salt
would look at his hurt hands.
Those who prepare green wars,
wars with gas, wars with fire,
victory with no survivors,
would put on clean clothes
and walk about with their brothers
in the shade, doing nothing.
What I want should not be confused
with total inactivity.
Life is what it is about;
I want no truck with death.
If we were not so single-minded
about keeping our lives moving,
and for once could do nothing,
perhaps a huge silence
might interrupt this sadness
of never understanding ourselves
and of threatening ourselves with death.
Perhaps the earth can teach us
as when everything seems dead
and later proves to be alive.
Now I'll count up to twelve
and you keep quiet and I will go.
