Not all friends have the avilability to reach in, even if the situation requires it, sometimes the requirement isn't linear with the cause of its suffering. And whose to say the very cause isn't but the antiiobotic which is needed for the real illmess.  Don't we all end up exactly where we belong and aren't their beautiful angels sent from God to hear the words when it's time to remember....
