Jesus taught in matthew purity of speech, how what goes into the mouth is eliminated but what comes out is not---I pray light flow freely as I learn to balance empathy not sympathy in my work with a purity of heart and speech-- what I work on is who I become may the blessings of this day be upon this work here at the monastary --- wash over light filled in thy will and lead me to greater pastures- amen -k
