Monkey mind causes me to set an alarm on my quiet time as if to put into restaints movement or distraction....as if to say wind- stop- 

Surely it's but a gift the giver allows for to be filled with god leaves no room for all else

Blessed are those who quiver their lips and squint their eyes in grateful for the coming of the lord. 

It is in this moment the baptism of this day begins in putting on christ

As I breathe in the words

Which are food indeed...
