And as I find the coffee place I realize a couple pounds I gained due to this no equal and coffee mate and the sugar and cream is a lot....i drink a lot of coffee....and I pick up an eqaul and say, no..... there is more to sacrifice....

And yet there is also an understanding in love thy neughbir that we are all christ minds and when we join we raise consciousness and reduce sickness for the world......

And god in me cries into the beauty and shines his light on the just and the unjust!!!!
