JOY

All the joy in life is a letting go , a holding  on is desire and a trap...
For desire is forward and all the juice of the suffering is in this moment...

What is the juice of the suffering of this moment-- faith, light, christ, elohim 
, Muhammad, Rahma , a calling, a sunrise, everything in which we are one in him, 
in each other, each other....

This moment I am alive as I watch the sea gull  splash into its landing, then 
sit and float like a paper boat I once made in the bathtub..like the yellow 
ducky we have all played with or wanted to...

All the joy in life.......
