And jesus says love ur enemies,in the beautitudes he says turn the other cheek
also, I can see when u love those who don't love you, u open compassion for
them, in them! you save them from retaliating in response to what they see as
their reflection! You protect others from having to experience the results of
giving you harm...
The rinpoche says 'thus by practicing patience, besides creating the cause of
happiness for yourself, in this and future lives, you help others to experience
happiness in this and future lives.....
The absense of harm, their not receiving harm from, is peace...
What is received from me is happiness...
What I will give to all us happiness......
