Listened to steven levine last night on place home. Amazing lecture on anger...
He speaks of desire being the cause of anger to resentment to frustration, and
asks someone to take a year and journal the process, look at the body and how it
holds the anger, to mismantle it....really cool lecture, will listen a few
times.......
He says, and I personalize, its my anger I need to dismantle wrapped around
desire- resentment-frustration that I have still the seeds of ------ dealing
with. ". Input anything"
That its in me .....
Cool work, just staying open to learning anything to make people around me feel
better about themselves !!!
