Rising- falling- the breathe- in stillness brings life, reborn life, where stories are like rainbows- we can paint beautiful colors or remember them from books, scriptures, we are so many thoughts, can be faces within us, in peace we are but one soul- come to me, is the prayer, and I breathe in the moment, live in the moment, for this moment is all I really have- k

prayer

In the name of christ, jesus I pray the practice, praise and presence of God in all I am and all I do as it is the greatest gift, to be in your glory, I pray to lay down myself and make room to be led, to see the sunrise, even when it I blocked and know, through discovery, it is always there.... amen

t's very dark for 630pm- all the light has been reflected in the white snow...flakes carry it on us, around us and glisten clean- white- light refresh....city streets covering garbage... trucks instead push snow aside to cars now trapped for many days, as many are trapped this day within..... 630pm and it's very dark and in my room, a candle is lit and it reflects my heart- love flickers and my wife beater shirt hides the covers--- it's 630pm and I am here...-kmg2015

And this isn't quietness or spiritual pride. When I pray in quiet- after psalms praying me all night --- I-we open our hearts. We put aside all of our beliefs, our assumptions, our prejudices, and our notions of reality (heck I put them aside all day haha) . - put aside all of any mental fabrication and without going anywhere, without doing anything, prayer- miracle , unworthiness, yearning, faith- a dimension of who we are pure love- joy- , the consciousness of christ- the boundless, formless consciousness that is no"body." And yet it is everything.

“The king said to me, “What is it you want?”  Then I prayed to the God of heaven, and I answered the king.”
Nehemiah 2:4-5

Prayer
Father, Nehemiah had such an intimate relationship with You that in the middle of a conversation he prayed for wisdom and guidance.  We want that kind of relationship also and commit to You that we will cultivate our relationship with
You through the study of Your Word and in-depth prayer.
Amen

Morning meditation"love of god is a ladder that is lost in infinity,. The first degree of love of God is vocal prayer, which teaches us to speak with God, the second degree is meditation, which causes us to contemplate gods perfections, the third degree is affective prayer, 'prayer more of the heart then the mind in which the affections of the will domonate the reasoning of the intellect" and the prayer begins....-kmg2015

"Dear god- I give this day to u, may my mind stay centered on the things of spirit may I not be tempted to stray from love-as I begin this day I open to receive u, please enter where u already abide, may my mind and heart be pure and true and may I not deviate from the things of goodness. -" ame

Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of God's grace which was given to me according to the working of His power. To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things;" Ephesians 3:7-9

“He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood
opposed to us: he took it away, nailing it to the cross.”
Colossians 2:13-14

Prayer
Awesome God, we acknowledge that we are unable to keep all the righteous demands and laws of the Old Testament.  We also graciously acknowledge that You have interceded on our behalf as Jesus has cancelled these requirements for us
by living a sinless life and dying a sinner’s death.  Thank You for the cross.
 Amen

Corinthians 13

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
>
> And I say to you, I have also decided to stick with love, for I know that love is ultimately the only answer to humankind's problems. And I'm going to talk about it everywhere I go. I know it isn't popular to talk about it in some circles today. And I'm not talking about emotional bosh when I talk about love; I'm talking about a strong, demanding love. For I have seen too much hate. [...] and I say to myself that hate is too great a burden to bear. I have decided to love. If you are seeking the highest good, I think you can find it through love. And the beautiful thing is that we aren't moving wrong when we do it, because John was right, God is love. He who hates does not know God, but he who loves has the key that unlocks the door to the meaning of ultimate reality.
>
> And so I say to you today, my friends, that you may be able to speak with the tongues of men and angels; you may have the eloquence of articulate speech; but if you have not love, it means nothing. Yes, you may have the gift of prophecy; you may have the gift of scientific prediction and understand the behavior of molecules; you may break into the storehouse of nature and bring forth many new insights; yes, you may ascend to the heights of academic achievement so that you have all knowledge; and you may boast of your great institutions of learning and the boundless extent of your degrees; but if you have not love, all of these mean absolutely nothing. You may even give your goods to feed the poor; you may bestow great gifts to charity; and you may tower high in philanthropy; but if you have not love, your charity means nothing. You may even give your body to be burned and die the death of a martyr, and your spilt blood may be a symbol of honor for generations yet unborn, and thousands may praise you as one of history's greatest heroes; but if you have not love, your blood was spilt in vain. What I'm trying to get you to see this morning is that a man may be self-centered in his self-denial and self-righteous in his self-sacrifice. His generosity may feed his ego, and his piety may feed his pride. So without love, benevolence becomes egotism, and martyrdom becomes spiritual pride.

I hear, silence, and words that speak up from my heart, I see the treasurery of the snow and Of timeless flakes that fall from the all created things- that I can not know. rilke

My eyes already touch the sunny hill,
going far ahead of the road I have begun.
So we are grasped by what we cannot grasp;
it has its inner light, even from a distance--

and changes us, even if we do not reach it,
into something else, which, hardly sensing it,
we already are; a gesture waves us on,
answering our own wave...
  1. but what we feel is the wind in our faces
Thinkin of church--- light is now turning ---- I believe in the intentions one sets whewn then enter, church, the holiness sweeps us up, and we live within the house of Solomon and gather together before the prayer, with their brother, to create the "smoke that will fill the temple' when this same community prays together...‎

AMEN
May we all learn that pain is not the end of the journey, and neither is delight. We can hold them both--indeed hold it all--at the same time, remembering that everything in these quixotic, unpredictable, unsettled and unsettling, exhilarating and heart-stirring times is a doorway to awakening in sacred world.to relationship with the divine- Wisdom cannot be born from theory; it must be born from your actual state of mind, which is the working basis for all spiritual practice. The wisdom of dealing with situations as they are, and that is what wisdom is, contains tremendous precision that could not come from anywhere else but the physical situations of sight, smell, feeling, touchable objects, and sounds. The earthy situation of actual things as they are is the source of wisdom. You can become completely one with smell, with sight, with sound, and your knowledge about them ceases to exist; your knowledge becomes wisdom

prayer of today in grateful

" I agree with the bible because I agree with the bible. Certain books speak to me now as song of life, call to the beloved, I can't define fancy words that should just point and not label for to label is to know and I can not know- Lord has blessed me now to feel, maybe one day I will feel into a knowing, maybe that will be only my last day....-k
